Terms of Use
By using Innotesce, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
Innotesce reviews public website signals using automated heuristics. Audit scores and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, business outcomes, or visibility in any AI product or search engine.
Monitoring subscriptions
Monitoring plans run on the stated recurring schedule while the subscription is active. Failed or unpaid invoices may pause scheduled scans and reports. Cancellation stops future scheduled scans; it does not erase existing history automatically. Timing can vary because website availability and third-party infrastructure are outside our control.
Connected accounts
You may connect only business profiles you own or are authorized to manage. Connected data remains subject to Google’s terms, availability, permissions, and API approval. You may revoke access at any time. Innotesce will not automatically publish changes to a connected profile without a separate, explicit approval workflow.
Acceptable use
You may submit only public websites you are authorized to assess. You may not use the service to probe private networks, bypass security controls, overload websites, or violate applicable law.
Third-party services
Some recommendations refer to search engines, AI platforms, directories, payment providers, and other third parties. Innotesce does not control their policies, availability, or results.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Innotesce is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
