Publishing is two-step by design. Review the full content, type APPROVE, then use the separate Publish button. Editing creates a new version that must be approved again. Before updates or rollback, we check for changes in WordPress. If blocked, use Import current WordPress copy to review and re-approve. Avoid simultaneous editing: the remote check and write are not atomic.
